MISSION STATEMENT
Father Bill’s & MainSpring is committed to ending and preventing homelessness in Southern Massachusetts with programs that provide emergency and permanent housing and help people obtain skills, jobs, housing, and services. We help people who are struggling with homelessness or are at risk of homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
Father Bill's & MainSpring (FBMS) will:

Seek to be a supportive and compassionate presence for our neighbors who are homeless

Provide services in a way that enables guests and residents to maintain their dignity and independence

Maintain the highest level of professionalism in the delivery of services by both staff and volunteers

Encourage guests and residents to strive toward self-sufficiency

Provide equal access to housing and services for all eligible guests and residents without discrimination in any form

Create partnerships with other non-profit organizations, businesses and government agencies to serve the needs of those struggling with homelessness

Participate actively in advocacy and public policy discussions on issues of housing and homelessness
